  • Trust Fall...Into the Gator Pit

    A classic trust-building exercise—with a twist. Employees take turns falling backward while their teammates “probably” catch them before they fall into a pit of mildly agitated alligators.

  • Conflict Resolution Tug-of-War (Over a Gator Pit)

    Work through real workplace grievances… while suspended over a pit.
    Bonus: The gators represent “the consequences of poor communication.”

    Final stage: let go and let HR handle it.

  • Gator Feedback Circle

    A sacred moment of reflection where teammates sit in a circle surrounded by gators and offer each other constructive feedback. A gator growls every time someone uses a buzzword like “leverage,” “pivot,” or “low-hanging fruit.”

  • Gator Wrestling Smackdown

    In a spirit of friendly competition, departments settle old workplace rivalries in the ring... with gator referees.

  • Gator Egg Relay Race

    Teams compete to carry giant “gator eggs” (watermelons) through an obstacle course while being chased by a very pissed off gator named Deborah.es here

  • Escape the Enclosure

    Teams are locked inside an alligator enclosure and must work together to solve puzzles to escape. Bonus: One gator has the only key... tied around its tail. Workplace communication has never been this life-or-death!
